TJ's Shrimp Burger & Miso Veggies
BBQ Cheddar Tuna or Chicken Melt
For this sandwich you will need one can of tuna or chicken, 1 serving (30g) light mayo, celery if desired, seasoning of choice, low-fat or fat free shredded cheddar cheese, and bread if desired. Try to watch for overly salty seasonings as the canned tuna or chicken may already have higher sodium content (especially the chicken). If your canned chicken is high in sodium, you can add a little water into the can after draining the original liquid, and re-drain to remove additional salt content.

Grilled Chicken / Shrimp / Steak Skewers
A fun way to have shrimp (or chicken or steak tidbits) is to place them on a skewer and throw them on the grill!

Balsamic Shrimp Salad
Sautee a few large raw shrimp in a pan with balsamic glaze (or a flavored balsamic - like strawberry or mango!) and add to your favorite greens for a refreshing salad.

I love putting tuna salad on top of actual salad!
