A super versatile and YUMMY breakfast (or snack) idea! Can be layered as shown above or you can the yogurt as a base and add ingredients on top. Here is what I use:
- Greek Yogurt (see my favorites HERE)
- Fresh or frozen berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry)
- Cinnamon cereal or granola, such as:
- KIND Cinnamon Oat Granola with flax seeds
- Love Grown Power O's cinnamon flavor
- Forager Organic Grain-Free O's in cinnamon
- Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Cereal
- Cinnamon Cheerios
- Cinnamon & raw honey (optional!)
I usually go for non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt as the protein content will be higher. Use the yogurt as your base and add the fruit, cereal/granola, cinnamon & 1-2 tsp of honey, or layer the ingredients! A perfect mix of sweet & spice with a crunch.
Macros will vary depending on ingredients used... typically expect to get anywhere between 20-25g of protein per serving.
