Greek salads are my fav salad. Feel free to get creative with this but my staple ingredients are:
- Romaine lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- Bell Peppers
- Chickpeas
- Black or kalamata olives
- Cucumbers
- Feta (I try to go for reduced-fat)
- Oregano
- Pepperoncini peppers (if desired)
- Dressing of choice (or red-wine vinegar and a little olive oil)
Top with grilled chicken or shrimp for protein!
