My favorite items to use for "healthier" charcuterie:
- Turkey pepporoni
- Chicken or turkey cold cut slices
- Low-fat or "hard" cheeses
- low-fat mozzarella
- parmesan
- low-fat cheddar
- Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges
- Veggies such as cucumbers, peppers, carrots
- Pickles
- Olives
- Thin crackers, such as Trader Joe's Savory Gluten-Free Crackers
- Popcorn
For my little snack pictured below I used Applegate Farms Turkey Pepporoni, Trader Joe's Savory Gluten Free Crackers, & half a serving of white cheddar cheese.
