Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber
- Sliced Turkey Cold Cuts
- Laughing Cow Spreadable Cheese Wedge
- OR Hummus
- Any other seasonings/toppings as desired (salt, pepper, regular or spicy mustard, balsamic glaze, Bolthouse ranch dressing, etc.)
Use a veggie slicer or wide-blade vegetable peeler to thinly slice cumber into long strips lengthwise. Then spread on each cucumber slice either Laughing Cow cheese or hummus. Lay the turkey cold cuts on top as a thin strip and add any additional toppings. Roll up and enjoy. (these keep in the fridge well for an easy grab and go snack!)
