Aloha Vegan Protein Drinks

These are great plant-based protein drinks that have overall great ingredients and contain no added oils, as many vegan protein drinks do. Find them at the grocery store, thrive market, or online!

Orgain Whey or Vegan Protein Shakes:

Orgain makes great tasting pre-made protein drinks in both whey and vegan options!

Comes in chocolate or vanilla; it's worth noting that they carry protein shakes AND nutrition shakes (these are going to be slightly lower in protein and slightly higher in calories - more geared towards a meal replacement).

Nutrition note: Orgain's products contain high-oleic sunflower oil, a better choice for seed oil but still processed. Their grass-fed whey options contain less sunflower oil than plant-based. 

Fairlife Protien Shakes:

These shakes pack 30g of protein in them and taste amazing. They are dairy-based though, for those who have an issue with lactose. So yummy and available at Costco!
