A fun turkey-twist on classic meatballs. Super easy to make!
Ingredients:
Ground turkey (93% lean), 1 cup (or so) bread crumbs of choice (I use 4C gluten free bread crumbs), 2 eggs beaten.
Directions:
Add the ground turkey into a large bowl with the beaten eggs & 1 cup breadcrumbs. Mix together well and then roll into balls - 1 lb of turkey should make 15 mini meatballs or 12 larger ones! Air fry for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees OR saute in pan until. Cook until internal temperature of 165 is reached.
