When possible, try to go for dairy milk over non-dairy alternatives... and again when possible, go for ORGANIC, grass-fed whole milk & half-n-half / cream.
Most non-dairy milks (and especially creamers) contain seed oils & additives.
If you have issue with lactose, I recommend Fairlife brand!
If you are looking to cut down on calories, you can get skim or non-fat milk, but whole milk is the most nutritious option.
