Sweet Potatoes

I LOVE sweet potatoes for how versatile they are. You can create something yummy out of them for any meal - Sliced longways & thin to have in place of toast with breakfast, diced & roasted to add to any dish as a side, or grilled/baked whole in tin foil for a soft mashed texture inside. 

These store well for a bit on the counter too!
