Cereal can be a great part of a well-rounded breakfast, but make sure that it either contains some kind of protein or is paired with a protein item. Personally, I love adding it to my greek yogurt (instead of with milk).
Cereal also makes a great snack! Typically less calories & sugar (if choosing a healthier cereal) than having cookies or other sweets, and it usually kicks my craving for something sweet!
