Cinnamon & Berry Yogurt Parfait

A super versatile and YUMMY breakfast (or snack) idea! Can be layered as shown above or you can the yogurt as a base and add ingredients on top. Here is what I use:

  • Greek Yogurt (see my favorites HERE)
  • Fresh or frozen berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry)
  • Cinnamon cereal or granola, such as:
    • KIND Cinnamon Oat Granola with flax seeds
    • Love Grown Power O's cinnamon flavor
    • Forager Organic Grain-Free O's in cinnamon
    • Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Cereal
    • Cinnamon Cheerios
  • Cinnamon & raw honey (optional!)

I usually go for non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt as the protein content will be higher. Use the yogurt as your base and add the fruit, cereal/granola, cinnamon & 1-2 tsp of honey, or layer the ingredients! A perfect mix of sweet & spice with a crunch. 
Macros will vary depending on ingredients used... typically expect to get anywhere between 20-25g of protein per serving.
