Healthier Charcuterrie

My favorite items to use for "healthier" charcuterie:

  • Turkey pepporoni
  • Chicken or turkey cold cut slices
  • Low-fat or "hard" cheeses
    • low-fat mozzarella 
    • parmesan
    • low-fat cheddar
  • Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges
  • Veggies such as cucumbers, peppers, carrots
  • Pickles
  • Olives
  • Thin crackers, such as Trader Joe's Savory Gluten-Free Crackers
  • Popcorn

For my little snack pictured below I used Applegate Farms Turkey Pepporoni, Trader Joe's Savory Gluten Free Crackers, & half a serving of white cheddar cheese.
