Pan Seared Tuna

3 oz of yellowfin tuna is 110 calories, 25g of protein, and about .5g of fat.

Oil-spray pan and heat on medium. Season fresh or defrosted tuna steaks as desired. Place tuna steaks in pan, and lower flame slightly. Cook until desired temperature - a quick few minutes on each side will pan-sear the steaks, depending if you like the tuna raw in the middle.
