Honey is usually written off as "too sugary" but there are so many amazing properties to honey. It is a perfect topping and natural sweetener - though calorie-wise sugar is still sugar, you are always better health-wise going for natural / unprocessed sugar sources. Honey also offers amazing health benefits for fighting allergies & colds, and makes a great quick pre-workout!
Go for raw honey. Don't worry about organic honey as it's not really well-regulated or necessary.
