These are all GLUTEN-FREE!

San-J brand carries my favorite gluten-free soy sauce (tamari); I also love their gluten-free Teriyaki (15 cals per serving) and gluten-free Orange sauce (60 cals per 2 tbsp). 

Iron Chef makes a great orange sauce as well, 25 cals per serving (1 tbsp).

I also love San-J brand Thai Peanut Sauce, which is 80 cal per 2 tbsp & perfect for pad thai or similar stir fry dishes. Comparatively to other pad thai sauces, this clocks in at a lower calorie & sugar count.
